By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Cash on Delivery Orders:

• By selecting COD, you agree to pay the full order amount in cash upon delivery.

• Failure to accept or pay for the COD order may result in temporary or permanent      suspension of COD eligibility for your account.

• We reserve the right to contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before dispatching. Unconfirmed COD orders may be canceled.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order will be processed for shipment.

• COD orders canceled after dispatch or refused upon delivery will be marked as failed delivery.

Limitation of Liability:

• We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

• Force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, government actions) may impact delivery times.
