Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase!

Returns:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

For COD Orders:

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit — no cash refunds will be given.

Please provide your bank account details (account title, bank name, account number, IBAN) when requesting a refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Exchanges:

We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

Sale or discounted items, personal care products, and custom orders are non-returnable.
